Kadamba Cruise Terms & Conditions
1. General
By booking and participating in Kadamba Cruise, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.
These are designed to ensure a safe, smooth, and enjoyable experience for all guests.
2. Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- A booking is confirmed only after receiving full or partial payment (as applicable).
- Guests will receive booking confirmation and boarding details via email or WhatsApp.
3. Reporting Time
- Guests are requested to arrive at the boarding point at least 20–30 minutes prior to departure.
- Late arrivals may miss the cruise, and no refunds or rescheduling will be provided in such cases.
4. Boarding Point
- Boarding is at Devraha Baba Ashram Ghat, Vrindavan.
- Guests can view the exact location via the map on our website.
- Detailed directions will also be shared via email after booking.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellations and rescheduling are allowed with a nominal fee.
- No cancellations or rescheduling are permitted within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time.
- Refund timelines (if applicable) will be communicated at the time of cancellation.
6. Weather & Operational Conditions
- Kadamba Cruise reserves the right to reschedule, delay, or cancel a cruise due to weather conditions, water levels, or safety concerns.
- In such cases, guests will be offered an alternative date or suitable resolution.
7. Safety & Conduct
- Passenger safety is our top priority. Guests are required to follow all safety instructions provided by the crew.
- Any behavior that is unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful may result in removal from the cruise without refund.
- Consumption of alcohol, smoking, or any prohibited substances is strictly not allowed onboard.
8. Food & Service
- A pure vegetarian (sattvic) meal is included in the experience.
- Outside food may be restricted. Please inform us in advance for special dietary needs (if possible).
9. Liability
- While all safety measures are in place, Kadamba Cruise shall not be held responsible for:
- Loss of personal belongings
- Personal injuries due to negligence of guests
- Delays caused by external factors beyond our control
10. Children & Elderly Guests
- Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
- Elderly guests are welcome; however, they are advised to take necessary personal precautions.
11. Photography & Media
- Photos and videos may be captured during the cruise for promotional purposes.
- By participating, guests consent to the use of such media unless they inform us otherwise in advance.
12. Changes to Experience
Kadamba Cruise reserves the right to make minor changes to the itinerary, menu, or onboard activities to enhance the overall experience.
