Refund Policy
At Kadamba Cruise, we strive to provide a smooth and satisfying experience for all our guests.
Our refund policy is designed to be fair while ensuring operational stability.
1. Cancellation by Guest
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure are eligible for a refund, subject to a nominal cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable.
2. Rescheduling
- Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before departure, subject to availability and a nominal fee.
- Rescheduling requests within 24 hours of departure will not be accepted.
3. Cancellation by Kadamba Cruise
In case the cruise is canceled due to:
- Weather conditions
- Water levels
- Technical or safety reasons
Guests will be offered:
- Rescheduling to another date, OR
- Full refund (no deduction)
4. No-Show Policy
- Guests who fail to arrive on time will be treated as no-show.
- No refunds or rescheduling will be provided in such cases.
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
- Refunds will be issued via the original mode of payment.
